Hi, I’m Natasha, a fully qualified ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) and the face behind BASE Driving School. I’ve helped many learners across Harrow, Pinner and Watford pass with confidence.I understand that learning to drive can feel overwhelming — especially if you’re nervous or have had a difficult experience in the past. That’s why my approach is calm, patient and completely tailored to you.Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to build confidence, every lesson is structured around your pace, your goals and your progress.I also support pupils with additional needs, anxiety and driving-related nerves, creating a supportive and understanding environment where you can feel comfortable, confident and in control throughout your learning.With a patient, supportive approach and an 85% pass rate,my focus isn’t just on helping you pass your test — it’s on helping you become a safe, capable and confident driver for life.

I provide manual driving lessons in Harrow, Pinner, Watford, Bushey, Stanmore, Ruislip and surrounding areas, including local test routes. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to improve your skills, I’ll help you become a safe, confident and independent driver.

DRIVING LESSON PRICES IN HARROW, PINNER, BUSHEY, RUISLIP & WATFORD
All lessons are structured as 2-hour sessions for maximum progress and better value. Prices are: 2 hours £78 (£39 per hour), 4 hours £154 (£38.50 per hour), 6 hours £228 (£38 per hour), and 10 hours £360 (£36 per hour). Block bookings offer better value, with lower hourly rates the more you book. Driving lessons are available in Harrow, Pinner, Watford and surrounding areas. Lessons are tailored to each learner, helping you build confidence, develop safe driving skills for life and help you pass with confidence.

? Do you offer manual driving lessons only?

Yes — all lessons at BASE Driving School are in a manual car. This gives you the flexibility to drive both manual and automatic vehicles once you pass. Manual cars remain more widely available on the second-hand market and are often more affordable to buy and insure. Lessons are also typically more cost-effective, and learning in a manual is particularly useful if you ever plan to hire a car abroad, where automatics are not always widely available.

? Do you work with nervous or anxious learners?

Yes — we specialise in supporting nervous and anxious learners across Harrow, Pinner, Watford and surrounding areas. Lessons are calm, patient and tailored to help you build confidence at your own pace with a supportive driving instructor.

? Do you provide theory test support?

Yes — we offer guidance and support alongside your lessons to help you prepare for and pass your theory test with confidence. This includes help with revision, understanding key topics and building the knowledge needed to succeed on your test.

? Which areas do you cover?

? How many lessons will I need to pass?

Every learner progresses at a different pace, however the DVSA recommends an average of around 67 hours of practice in total (approximately 45 hours of professional tuition and 22 hours of private practice) to reach test standard. Some learners may need fewer lessons, while others may benefit from additional time to build confidence and experience. At BASE Driving School, lessons are structured around your individual progress to help you become a safe, confident and fully prepared driver — not just someone trained to pass a test, but ready for real-world driving.

? Do you offer refresher or motorway lessons?

Yes — we offer refresher lessons, motorway driving and parking practice for full licence holders looking to build confidence. Whether you’ve not driven for a while or want to feel more comfortable on faster roads, lessons are tailored to your needs with a calm and supportive driving instructor.

? Do you offer mock driving tests?

Yes — mock driving tests are a great way to prepare for the real thing and understand exactly what to expect on the day. They help identify any areas for improvement and build confidence so you feel fully prepared when it matters most.
